DELIVERY Product Delivery normally takes 5-7 working days, delivery will be done through our courier partner Businesspost.biz and may, in rare circumstances, take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received the goods in 2 weeks after payment, we will refund the full amount if informed to do so. All inquiries regarding this matter have to be sent to sales@caraudiodesign.co.uk. We will deliver goods within a stated delivery time. For any consequential losses, costs or damages involved with late delivery you will have to submit in writing to us. We will not be held responsible for any financial implications arising from failure or delay in accepting delivery. CAR AUDIO DESIGN CAR AUDIO DESIGN does not accept any liability for shortages and damages to delivered goods unless the customer notifies by phone within 24 hours, informing us of shortages/damages followed by a written notification in order to process a claim with the manufacturer or the delivery company. You must retain all the original packaging for inspection by the courier or us. STORE PICK-UPS If you want to pick up the goods from our store, after placing your order, call us on 0208 908 2118 from 9am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday and arrange a time to pick up the goods. This will incure a £10 admin fee. You will need to bring the Credit/Debit Card that has been used to pay for the item(s). CAR AUDIO DESIGN is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality in products and services. However, on rare occasions, products under warranty may be found to be faulty or defective. In keeping with our commitment to providing you with the best service, all goods supplied or delivered to UK mainland addresses carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty shall not apply if the goods have been tampered with, altered or damaged in any way by the customer; this includes connection cables and looms.
Please contact us on 020 8908 2118 Mon-Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm before taking any action. We can advice you on the appropriate action to take. You are advised to return the goods to our fully equipped service department where they are endeavour to repair the goods which will take a minimum of 7 working days. On receipt of the returned product(s) we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. Provided that the goods are found to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty there will be no charge for rectification or carriage. If following the testing process the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, the carriage cost of which will be your responsibility. However in certain circumstances we may need to send the product back to the original manufacturers due to the nature of the fault. If so this may take longer depending on the manufacturer's turnaround time.
Alternatively, the goods may be taken to any local dealership that has an approved service centre for the manufacturer in question. However, the turnaround time may vary from our own, please take advice from the dealer in question.
Customers returning goods to our service department in person should provide proof of purchase.
E-Commerce customers will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning the goods to us plus 20% surchagre levy on goods returned for no adequate reason. Please ensure the equipment is adequately packed and protected to prevent damage in transit. CAR AUDIO DESIGN cannot accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to adequately pack and protect the goods and to ensure that the parcel is sufficiently insured. Do not forget to include a copy of your proof of purchase and also a full description of the fault. Please also supply a daytime contact telephone number and return address.
Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery; therefore please use a reliable and recognised courier.
